At MangosFarm, we take pride in delivering premium-quality mangoes and value-added products directly from our orchards. Due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.

1. Fresh Mangoes (Perishable Products)

Because fresh mangoes are perishable items:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided for review.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

2. Dried Mango & Mango Powder (Non-Perishable Products)

For value-added products such as dried mango slices or mango powder:

  • Refund or replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

MangosFarm is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and banking provider.
